Japanese clothing sizes explained

JP sizes differ significantly from EU and US. Here's everything you need to know.

    Japanese women's sizes use odd numbers: 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17. JP7 ≈ EU34, JP9 ≈ EU36, JP11 ≈ EU38, JP13 ≈ EU40.

    Japanese men's sizes use S/M/L/XL but with smaller measurements than EU/US equivalents. JP L ≈ EU M in most cases.
